Guidelines to Hold a Scientific Conference       

The NUR is highly supporting the Departments and Faculties at KRG-Universities to hold national and International Scientific Conferences. To assure a quality conference, better electronic presence and saving the rights of the University, the NUR is taking the attention of all who may concern at the University that holding a conference, national or international, should comply with the regulation of the Ministry of Higher Education (MHE) and NUR:

Holding a National Conference

The conference should be under a clear title.

The topics should be indicated.

The conference should be under a series of known frequency, e.g., annual, every couple years, etc. Single frequency conference is not preferred.

The conference should indicate, clearly, the Department or the Faculty that will be responsible for the conference, scientifically.

The steering committee of the conference should apply via its department or Faculty. The Scientific Committee should approve the request and explain the capacity of the Department or the Faculty to hold that conference.

It is the responsibility of the Conference steering committee to find the sponsors of their proposed conference.

The conference should be announced, at least 6 months, before the date of the conference.

The conference should be apply/ use dedicated platform that shows the accepted papers . Author names and affiliations abstracts full papers (PDF) file and the conference program            

The platform should show, clearly, the scientific committee, steering committee, track editors.

The conference can not be held without, at least, 10 accepted paper presentations.

Holding an International Conference

The conference should be under a clear title.

The topics should be assigned.

The conference should be under a series of known frequency, e.g., annual, every couple years, etc. Single frequency conference is not preferred.

The conference should indicate, clearly, the Department or the Faculty that will be responsible for the conference, scientifically.

The steering committee of the conference should apply via its department or Faculty. The Scientific Committee should approve the request and explain the capacity of the Department or the Faculty to hold that conference.

It is the responsibility of the Conference steering committee to find the sponsors of their proposed conference.

The conference should be announced electronically, at least 6 months, before the date of the conference.

The accepted papers should be presented via a dedicated platform. The platform should show all the conference committees, track editors, accepted papers,  author names and affiliations, paper abstracts, the Full PDF files and the conference program.

Each published paper should have a metadata page with a DOI linked to.

The dedicated platform may not show the full PDF files and there is no need for the DOI, if and only if the PDF files are deposited to digital libraries, e.g., IEEE Xplore, Springer, etc.

The conference can not be held without, at least, 20 accepted paper presentations.

At least, 10% of the accepted papers should be from outside Iraq.

At least, 50% of the Scientific Committee members should be from outside Iraq.

At least, 50% of the Keynote Speakers should be from outside Iraq.

ڕێنماییەکانی ئەنجامدانی کۆنفرانسی زانستی

ڕیزبەندی نیشتیمانی  زانکۆکانی کوردستان (NUR) بە تەواوی پشتیوانی سەرجەم بەشەکان و فاکەڵتییەکانی زانکۆکانی هەرێمی کوردستان دەکات بۆ ئەنجامدانی کۆنفرانسی زانستی ناوخۆیی و نێودەوڵەتی. بۆ دڵنیابوونەوە و فەراهەمهێنانی کۆنفرانسی کوالێتی بەرز، شێوازێکی باشتری ئەلیکترۆنی ، هەروەها پاراستنی مافەکانی زانکۆکە، ڕیزبەندی نیشتیمانی  زانکۆکانی کوردستان (NUR) سەرنجی لایەنی پەیوەندیدار لە زانکۆکان ڕادەکێشێت ، کە سازدانی هەر کۆنفرانسێك چی لە سەر ئاستی نیشتیمانی یان نێودەوڵەتی، پێویستە یەکبگرێتەوە لە گەڵ ڕێنماییەکانی وەزارەتی خوێندنی باڵاو پرۆژەی (NUR) .

سازدانی کۆنفرانسی نیشتیمانی:        

١- کۆنفرانسەکە پێویستە ناونیشنێکی ڕوونی هەبێت.

٢- بابەتەکان پێویستە دیاری کراو بێت.

٣- کۆنفرانسەکە دەبێت لە چوارچێوەی زنجیرەیەکی دیاریکراودا ڕێکبخرێت، بۆنمونە: ساڵانە، هەموو دوو ساڵ جارێک، هتد...  وە ئەنجامدانی کۆنفرانس بۆ یەك جار ، پەسەندکراو نیە.

٤- کۆنفرانسەکە پێویستە بەشێوەکی ڕوون ئەوە بخاتەڕوو کە بەش یاخود فاکەڵتی بەرپرسە لە سازدانی کۆنفرانسەکە، لەڕووی زانستییەوە.

٥- لیژنەی بەڕێوبردنی کۆنفرانس پێویستە داوابکات لە ڕێگەی بە شەکەی یان فاکەڵتییەکەیەوە. لیژنەی زانستی دەبێت داواکارییەکە پەسەند بکات و توانای بەشەکە یان فاکەڵتییەکە ڕوون بکاتەوە بۆ ئەنجامدانی ئەو کۆنفراسە.

٦- لە بەرپرسیارێتی لیژنەی بەڕێوەبردنی کۆنفراسە ، تاوەکو سپۆنسەر بدۆزێتەوە بۆ کۆنفرانسی پێشنیازکراو .

٧- کۆنفرانسەکە پێویستە رابگەیەنرێت بەلایەنی کەمەوە (شەش) مانگ لە پێش بەرواری پێشکەشکردنی کۆنفرانسەکە.

٨- کۆنفرانسەکە دەبێت پێگەیەکی دیاریکراوی (Dedicated Platform) هەبێت و تیایدا ئەمانە خرابێتە ڕوو:

·        توێژینەوە پەسەندکراوەکان

·        ناوی توێژەرەکان و شوێنی کارکرنیان

·        پوختەی توێژینەوەکە (Abstract)

·        هەموو توێژینەوەکە بە شێوەی فایلی PDF

·        پرۆگرامی کۆنفرانسەکە

·     

٩- پلاتفۆرمەکە پێویستە بە ڕوونی لیژنەی زانستی و لیژنەی بەڕێوبردن و لیژنەی بە دواداچوون(Track editors) بخاتەڕوو.

١٠- کۆنفرانسەکە ناتوانرێت سازبکرێت ئەگەر،بەلایەنی کەمەوە، (١٠) توێژینەوەی پەسەندکراو نەبێت بۆ پێشکەشکردن.

سازدانی کۆنفرانسی نێودەوڵەتی:

١- کۆنفرانسەکە پێویستە ناونیشانێکی ڕوونی هەبێت.

٢- بابەتەکان پێویستە بخرێنەڕوو وە دەستنیشان بکرێن.

٣- کۆنفرانسەکە دەبێت لە چوارچێوەی زنجیرەیەکی دیاریکراودا ڕێکبخرێت، بۆنمونە: ساڵانە، هەموو دوو ساڵ جارێک، هتد...  وە ئەنجامدانی کۆنفرانس بۆ یەك جار ، پەسەندکراو نیە.

٤- کۆنفرانسەکە پێویستە بەشێوەکی ڕوون ئەوە بخاتەڕوو کە بەش یاخود فاکەڵتی بەرپرسە لە سازدانی کۆنفرانسەکە، لەڕووی زانستییەوە.

٥- لیژنەی بەڕێوبردنی کۆنفرانس پێویستە داوابکات لە ڕێگەی بە شەکەی یان فاکەڵتییەکەیەوە. لیژنەی زانستی دەبێت داواکارییەکە پەسەند بکات و توانای بەشەکە یان فاکەڵتییەکە ڕوون بکاتەوە بۆ ئەنجامدانی ئەو کۆنفراسە.

٦- لە بەرپرسیارێتی لیژنەی بەڕێوەبردنی کۆنفراسە ، تاوەکو سپۆنسەر بدۆزێتەوە بۆ کۆنفرانسی پێشنیازکراو.

٧- کۆنفرانسەکە پێویستە رابگەیەنرێت بەشێوەی ئەلیکترۆنی ، بەلایەنی کەمەوە (شەش) مانگ لە پێش بەرواری پێشکەشکردنی کۆنفرانسەکە.

٨- توێژینەوە پەسەندکراوەکان دەبێت بخرێنەڕوو لە ڕێگەی پێگەیەکی تایبەتی ئەلیکترۆنی (dedicated platform)، وە پلاتفۆرمەکە دەبێت هەموو لیژنەکانی کۆنفراسەکە و لیژنەی بەدواداچوون ، توێژینەوە پەسەندکراوەکان ، ناوی توێژەران و ئەو دەزگایەی کاری تیادا دەکەن ، پوختەی توێژینەوە ، هەموو توێژینەوەکە بەشێوەی فایلی  PDF هەروەها بەرنامەی کۆنفرانسەکە      

٩- هەر توێژینەوەیەکی بڵاوکراو دەبێت ( metadata page) ی هەبێت کە لینکی DOI  پێوە لینک کرابێت.

١٠- پلاتفۆرمەکە دەتوانێت توێژینەوکە هەمووی نیشان نەدات بەشێوەی فایلی   PDF   وە هەروەها لینکیDOI  ی توێژینەوەکە ، ئەگەر هاتوو توێژینەوەکە (Deposit) کرابێت بۆناو کتێبخانە دیجیتاڵیەکان، بۆنمونە: IEEE Xplore, Springer, etc.

١١- کۆنفرانسەکە ناتوانرێت سازبکرێت تاوەکو،بەلایەنی کەمەوە، (٢٠) توێژینەوەی پەسەندکراو نەبێت بۆ پێشکەشکردن.

١٢- بەلایەنی کەمەوە دەبێت (١٠٪ ) توێژینەوە پەسەندکراوەکان لە دەرەوەی عیراق بن.

١٣- بەلایەنی کەمەوە (٥٠٪)  ئەندامانی لیژنەی زانستی دەبێت لەدەرەوەی عیراق بن.

١٤- بەلایەنی کەمەوە (٥٠٪ )  (Keynote Speakers) دەبێت لەدەرەوەی عیراق بن.
