پێناسە;سيمينار بريتيە لە پێشكەش كردنى بابەتێكى زانستى كه‌په‌یوه‌ندی به بواری توێژینه‌وه یان بواری تایبه‌تمه‌ندی ستافه ئه‌كادیمیه‌كه‌وه هه‌بێت لە سەر ئاستى بەش/ کۆلێژ/ زانكۆ بە ئامادەبوونى بە لايەنى كەمەوە ٦ لە ستافى ئەكاديمى , بێجگە لە كارمەندى دڵنيايى جۆرى, بۆ ماوەيەك كە لە ٤٠ خولەك كەمتر نەبێت و لە ٥٠ خولەك زياتر نەبێت. ستافى ئەكاديمى پێویستی به ئەپلۆد كردنى بەلگەى پەسندكراو بۆ سايتى هەگبەى مامۆستا و زانستخوازی بەردەوام(PF&CAD) نیه‌سەبارەت بەم چالاكييە.
1. نابێت بابه‌تی سیمیناره‌كه په‌یوه‌ندی به‌و بابه‌تانه‌وه هه‌بێت كه‌به شێوه‌یه‌كی ئاسایی له لایه‌ن به‌ڕێوه‌به‌رایه‌تیه‌كانی زانكۆوه پێشكه‌ش ده‌كرێن وه‌ك دڵنیایی جۆری، په‌ره‌پێدانی پڕۆگرامی خوێندن، ته‌ندروستی، هتد..
2. تەنها ئەو سيمينارانە ئەژمار دەكرێن كە لە سەر سيستەمى ئەليكترۆنى دڵنيايى جۆرى تۆماركراون لە ناوخۆى زانكۆى چەرموو هەر سيمينارێك كە لە دەرەوە ی زانكۆى ناوبراو پێشكەش بكرێت ئەژمار ناكرێت.
3. دەبێت سيمينارەكە هەفتەيەك بەر لە پێشكەش كردنى لە سەر سيستەمە ئەليكترۆنيەكە تۆمار بكرێت.
4. پێشكەشكردنى دوو سيمينار لە هەر کۆلێژێك ياخود دوو سيمينار لە هەر بەشێك لە هەمان ڕۆژدا ڕێگە پێنەدراوە.
5. تومار كردنى سيمينار لە سەر سيستەمە ئەليكترۆنيەكە پێويستى بە ڕەزامەندى ليژنەى زانستى ئەو بەشە هەيە. پەسەند كردنەكە بريتيە لە ئەركى بەرپرسى دڵنيايى جۆرى کۆلێژ. تۆماركردنى سيمينار بە شێوەى ئەليكترۆنى پێویست به‌م هه‌نگاوانه‌ی خواره‌وه ده‌كات:
● سەردانى ئەم لينكە بكە dqa.charmouniversity.org ;
● كليك لە سەر "سيمينارەكان" بكە لە سەر سايد باڕەكە
● كليك لە سەر لينكى کۆلێژەکان بكە , بۆ نمونە سيمينارەكانى کۆلێژی پەروەردە
● لە كۆتايدا, كليك بكە لە سەر"please click here to go to submission form for your college".
6. پێويستە لە ماوەى ١٠ ڕۆژدا فيديباكى ئەليكترۆنى بە مەبەستى پێدانى خاڵ بە سيمينارەكە لە لايەن بەشداربووان ئەنجام بدرێت.
7. هەر ستافێكی ئەكاديمى دەتوانێت تەنها يەك سيمينار ئەنجام بدات لە ماوەى ساڵێكى ئەكاديميدا. هه‌روه‌ها مامۆستاكه ده‌توانێت جیا له‌م سیمیناره، سیمیناری تریش پێشكه‌ش بكات به مه‌رجێ سيميناره‌كە پەيوەست بێت بە بڵاوكردنەوەى پەرتووك/گۆڤار لە ماوەى ساڵى ئەكاديميدا يا خۆد پەيوەست بێت بە كۆرسى فێركارى لە دەرەوەى زانكۆ كه دەتوانرێت پێشكەش بكرێت دواى تۆماركردنی لە ڕێگەى سيستەمە ئەليكترۆنيەكەوە.
8. پيشكەشكارى سيمينارەكە دەبێت لە ماوەىەك كە لە ٧ ڕۆژ تێپەر نەكات پاوەر پۆينتى سيمينارەكەى بنێرێت بۆ بەرێوەبەرايەتى دڵنيايى جۆرى,ئەگينا ئەم چالاكييەى بۆ ئەژمار ناكرێت.
9. پێويست ناكات ستافی ئەكاديمي بەلگەى پەسەندكراو ئەپلۆد بكاتە سەر سايتى هەگبەى مامۆستا و زانستخوازى بەردەوا PF&CAD - سەبارەت بە چالاكى سيمينار, ئەمە بە شيوەى ئەليكترۆنى خاڵى بۆ ئەژمار ده‌كرێت.
10. پێویست ناكات هيچ بڕوانامەيەكى زانستخوازى بەردەوام( CAD) لە لايەن بەرپرسى دڵنيايى جۆرى کۆلێژەوە ده‌ربكرێت وە ئەژماريش ناكرێت چونكه سيستەمە ئەليكترۆنيەكە ته‌نیا سه‌رچاوه‌یه بۆ ئه‌مه.
11. ئەو سيمينارەى كە لە لايەن ستافى نوێوە پێشكەش دەكرێت وەكو بەشێك لە چاوپێكەوتن بە مەبەستى ئەوەى كە وەك ستافى ئەكاديمى قبوول بكرێت ئەژمار ناكرێت.
12. ئەو سيمينارانەی كە بە مە بەستى بەرزكردنەوەى پلەى زانستى پێشكەش دەكرێن به‌چالاكى ئەژمار ناكرێن بۆ پیشكه‌شكاری سیمیناره‌كه، ته‌نها بۆ ئاماده‌بووانی سیمیناره‌كه خاڵ ئه‌ژمار ده‌كرێت.
13. بەشداربووى سيمينار ١ خاڵى پێدەدرێت و پێشكەشكارى سيمينارەكەش ٣ خاڵى پێدەدرێت
14. وانە ووتنەوە لە خوولى فێركارى تەنها چالاكييە كە وەك پێشكەشكردنى سيمينار چاوى لێدەكرێت وە پێشكەشكارەكەى٣ خاڵ وەردەگرێت بۆ هەر ڕۆژێك وە ئه‌مه‌ش زياتر لە ٥ ڕۆژ ناگرێتەوە.
Seminar Activity
Definition; A presentation of a scientific topic, related to the academic’s research/teaching field only, in the Department/College/University with a presence of at least 6 academics, excluding the QA officer, for at least 40 min and no more than 50 min. The academics do not need to upload any proof letter to their PF&CAD site concerning this activity.
The seminar topic should not interfere the topics that usually presented by the University directorates, e.g., Quality assurance, curriculum development, health, etc.
The attended/presented seminars to be considered are only that registered via the Quality Assurance online system inside Charmo University. Any other seminars outside the university are not considered.
One week online seminar registration in advance is compulsory.
Holding two seminars per College or two seminars per Department at the same day will not be considered.
Registering a seminar in the online system needs an approval from the scientific committee of the department. The approval is the duty of the Quality Assurance Officer. The Seminar online registration is achieved by the following few steps:
Visit the following link; dqa.charmouniversity.org
Click on “Seminars” on the side bar.
Click on your College link, e.g. Seminars at college of Education.
Finally, click on “(please click here to go to submission form for your college)”
Scoring the seminar attendance needs an online feedback within 10 days.
Every academic can present no more than one seminar per year. Other seminars based on journal/book publications during the academic year or based on outside the University training course can be presented after registration via the QA online system.
The seminar presenter is obliged to send the QAD the electronic presentation no more 7 days after the presentation, otherwise the activity will not be considered.
The academic does not need to upload any proof letter to his/her PF&CAD site for the seminar activity, it is scored by the online system.
No CAD certificate needed to be issued by the College Quality Assurance officer and will not be considered since the online system is the reference.
A seminar that presented by the new staff as a part of the interview to be accepted as a teaching staff is not considered in this activity.
A seminar that presented by any academics for the sake of the scientific promotion is not considered, but for the attendees, in this activity.
Attending the seminar is scored by 1 point and presenting the seminar is scored by 3 points.
Lecturing in a training course is the only activity that considered as presenting a seminar and it is scored by 3 points per day, for no more than 5 days.
